Dip into deep rest meditation and teachings towards freedom of the heart.

This January Jaya offers 2 events and you are welcome to join one or both. We are asking you to register only if you can commit to attend the live session just as if we were practicing on location.

Daylong deep rest meditation retreat - January 21st (half-day schedule):
Deep rest meditation.
Walking meditation.
Guided and silent meditations.
Teachings and dialog.
Like-minded people from around the world.

A sketch of the schedule (Spain time zone):
3:00pm guided meditation and questions
4:00pm walking meditation or optional guided meditative movement
4:45pm silent meditation
5:30pm meal break
7:00pm Dharma talk and questions
8:15-9:00pm silent meditation

4 days meditation - January 22nd-25th:
We will meet live each day at 7pm-8.30pm Spain time for meditation and dialogue.

Your registration payment supports the nonprofit Open Dharma and organizational work and will confirm your participation in the retreat.

4 days meditation: $15-$50
