Tuesdays, June 4th through July 9th (Except June 22-29 when Jaya is on retreat)
The Dharma of Deep Rest
The course include live meetings with a group and Jaya, receiving recordings from Jaya's upcoming audio course, optional inquiries with other participants and optional "time to think" private session with Jaya (on a separate donation basis).

The group will be meeting live to dive into what has come up in recording Dharma talks about deep rest ~ trust, courage, co-regulation, and a shift from motivating ourselves by suffering and problems to permission, remembrance, wonder, and juiciness.

You can join the course even if you'll miss a session but we ask you to come a few minutes early and stay the whole time when you do come.
Each season is 1 hour and 15 minutes long.

We have 2 optional group times for live meetings and you can choose which one to join. This will be you group for the rest of the course.

AM group will meet:
Tuesdays at 10-11.15am CET
Dates: June 4,11,18 and July 2,9

PM group will meet:
Tuesdays (and one Thursday) at 8-9.15pm CET
Dates: June 11, 13, 18 and July 2, 9

Your registration payment supports the nonprofit Open Dharma and organizational work and will confirm your participation in the event.
