A course exploring Series Three of the Fundamentals of Deep Rest Meditation October 18 – December 3, 2026 Deepening into meditation through rest to unlock the nature of mind and heart. In this course, we will meet live online to understand small-mind and experience big-mind and wholeheartedness. In some meetings, we will listen together to classes from the 3rd series of Jaya's audio course. In other meetings we will meditate and inquire into what matters. The audio course - The Fundamental of Deep Rest Meditation, Series Three - On Mind: Thought, Heart and Big Mind, gives you access to 7 dharma talks with transcripts, 5 guided meditations, 2 videos, 3 sets of written instructions, and 2 sets of inquiry prompts. You will need to purchase the audio course separately here. It is highly recommended to listen to Series One and Two before joining. We will listen to some of the recordings in our listening and discussion meetings, and you can explore the remaining materials at your own pace. Meeting Times: Meditation and inquiry with Jaya October 18, November 5, November 26, December 3 6:00–7:30pm CET Listening and discussion meetings (without Jaya) October 22, October 29, November 12, November 19 6:00–7:30pm CET A Note on Cost and Generosity: The audio course itself needs to be purchased separately, at a price that helps Jaya recover what it took to create this material. Everything else—both Jaya's teachings and the organizational support needed to offer this course through Open Dharma—is being offered on generosity: without a fixed or sliding scale cost. In this time of increasing disruption and profit-seeking, we are gambling on radical trust. To create a sustainable culture and free space for exploration, in depth, of what is most important. Your donation through this form supports the people who take care of all the steps that make this event real—registration forms, social media posters and posts, recordings created and stored and shared, accounts submitted to authorities, scholarships for someone who needs one, and so on. Instead of suggesting the usual sliding-scale registration fee for Open Dharma, we are happily and radically asking you for your freely given support to Open Dharma as a non-profit organization. Donations for the teachings: In the same way, as a teacher, Jaya welcomes your offerings of financial support, rather than charging for teachings. She was able to dedicate all the time necessary to create the audio courses because of individual offerings of monthly, yearly or one-time gifts. And through past and present financial support, she is available now to dedicate the many hours involved in creating this and other spaces for meditation and awakening. Thank you for your generosity, we look forward to being together!
